Comprehensive Business Loss Recovery

I’m dealing with a significant business-related loss and need a clear, actionable roadmap to reverse the damage. Your task is to create a thorough recovery plan that shows me, step by step, how to:

• Cut unnecessary costs and boost day-to-day cash flow without crippling core operations.
• Track down and recover money still owed by customers, distributors, or partners—including simple collection tactics and, when necessary, escalation paths.
• Lift revenue through sharper pricing, stronger sales processes, and operational efficiencies.

I’m not looking for a generic template. The final document should be tailored to my company’s size, market, and current financial position. If spreadsheets, simple financial models, or flow charts help clarify the plan, include them. Every recommendation must be supported by brief reasoning or data so I can present it internally and act on it right away.

Acceptance criteria
1. A written plan (Word or PDF) no longer than 20 pages that addresses all three focus areas above.
2. A summarized action timeline that highlights quick wins achievable within 30, 60, and 90 days.
3. Optional but appreciated: an editable spreadsheet showing projected cash-flow impact of each key action.
