Experienced Affiliate Recruiter & Manager Needed

Seeking an experienced Affiliate Recruiter or Affiliate Manager to recruit and coordinate multiple affiliate marketers for promoting Cashlytics Expense Tracker, a digital Excel-based product on Gumroad.

Cashlytics Expense Tracker is an easy-to-use financial tool designed to help users track expenses, organize finances, and manage money efficiently.

THE GOAL: Build a network of affiliate marketers who generate real, trackable sales. The focus is on recruiting affiliates with the right audience or proven strategies that deliver actual buyers rather than clicks or impressions.

WHAT’S OFFERED:
- Affiliates will earn 50% commission on every successful tracked sale generated via their unique links.
- No upfront or flat fees—solely based on performance.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR:
• Proven experience recruiting affiliate marketers for digital products, preferably financial tools, templates, or Excel-based resources.
• Ability to show evidence of previous success in establishing effective affiliate networks with active marketers.
• A strategic and self-driven approach to scouting and onboarding affiliates by leveraging an existing network or established relationships.
• Clear understanding that compensation is strictly tied to performance; candidates should expect earnings only upon generating results.
