Commission-Based Client Acquisition for Web/App/AI Development

Role: Bring in clients for custom web/app/AI development projects — you pitch, we build
Compensation: 100% commission-based — 20% of total project value per client landed (e.g., $10,000 project = $2,000 commission)
What you're selling: Custom builds — websites, mobile apps, AI features, or whatever the client needs (not a fixed "web design package")
Leads: No pre-made lead list provided — you source and bring your own prospects/network
Experience level: Open to both freshers and experienced sales professionals
Location: Open internationally, not restricted to India
Ideal candidate traits:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Existing network or ability to prospect (LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, etc.)
Self-motivated — this is an independent, results-driven role
Comfortable with tech/software sales (bonus if familiar with web/app dev basics)
Payment terms: Commission paid upon successful client sign-up/payment (worth specifying your exact terms — e.g., paid after client's first payment clears)
