Your focus will be simple: win new corporate accounts for our recruitment services and keep qualified opportunities flowing into the pipeline.

What Success Looks Like

- Consistent business development activity: Targeted calls, personalized email outreach, and timely follow-ups.
- Qualified opportunities: Direct conversations with decision-makers who have a genuine hiring need.
- Full-cycle sales ownership: Lead the sales process from initial outreach and discovery through presenting Nexo’s services, handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing the deal.
- Closed business: Secure signed terms of business or job orders from new clients, converting opportunities into revenue for both you and Nexo.

Commission is paid on every placement generated from the clients you secure, with no cap.
