Commercial Real Estate Deal Closer Needed

I have a steady flow of qualified prospects for our commercial properties and now need a proven closer to turn those warm conversations into signed agreements. Your sole focus will be closing deals—lead generation and early nurturing are already handled by my in-house team.

You’ll step in when decision makers are ready to discuss terms, work through objections, negotiate purchase or lease details, and secure signatures. All activity must be logged in our HubSpot CRM with same-day notes so the pipeline remains transparent for the whole team. Confident phone and video skills, fluency with commercial real-estate contract language, and a solid record of six-figure transactions are must-haves.

Key deliverables for this role:
• Executed commercial purchase or lease agreements each month (target set during onboarding)
• Up-to-date CRM entries after every interaction
• A concise weekly summary of revenue closed and deals in legal review
