Commercial-Efficiency Web-Dashboard MVP

I’m looking to turn our commercial-excellence vision into a working MVP that every member of the sales organization can open, understand, and act on. The core of the job is a web-based dashboard that plugs directly into our CRM, ERP, and Datalake, consolidating those feeds into one clear view.
What the dashboard must do
• Display real-time performance metrics so managers and reps immediately see where they stand against target.
• Generate an automatically refreshed list of priority actions for each user, guiding day-to-day execution.
• Show concise integration status indicators so everyone can trust the underlying data at a glance.
User scope
Both managers and sales representatives will use the same interface, so role-based filtering or permission logic will be needed to keep the layout simple yet relevant to each person.
Delivery expectations
1. A working MVP hosted in a test environment (cloud or on-prem is flexible).
2. Clean, well-documented codebase and connection scripts.
3. Basic UI/UX styling that is easy to extend after the MVP phase.
4. Short hand-off guide and recorded walkthrough so internal developers can pick up the next iteration.
