Mold Testing Guidance Needed

I recently vacated a rental home after documented mold concerns, rodent activity, water intrusion, and environmental testing. Before moving or handling my belongings, I need a qualified environmental/microbial consultant to review the lab reports already obtained and advise whether the current data is sufficient to make contents-handling decisions.

My main concern is mold contamination of personal property, with possible related concerns involving rodent contamination, fiberglass, and/or asbestos exposure pathways. The items at issue include clothing, upholstered furniture, wood/fabric antiques, electronics, papers, boxed items, and general household goods. Some interior air testing and limited surface/content sampling has already been completed, but I do not know whether it is enough to determine which items can be safely moved, stored, cleaned, restored, discarded, or included in an insurance claim.

I am not asking for a medical causation opinion. I need technical guidance on contents handling, cross-contamination risk, and whether additional evaluation is needed before anything is moved.

Specifically, I need:

A clear opinion on whether the current reports are sufficient to make decisions by item category.
If not, a recommended plan for any additional inspection or sampling, including sample types, locations, quantities, and rationale.
Practical handling, cleaning, storage, disposal, and transport recommendations, especially for textiles, porous antiques, electronics, and boxed contents.
A brief plain-language summary I can share with my mover, insurer, or contents restoration company.
Clarification on whether a separate specialist is needed for asbestos, fiberglass, or rodent-related concerns.
