Clean Excel Customer Data Entry

I’ve got a collection of existing files and online lists that contain customer information, and I need every single contact transferred into one clean, well-structured Excel workbook. For each person you’ll capture just three fields—name, phone number, and email—nothing more, nothing less. Accuracy is critical because these details feed directly into our CRM.

You’ll start with the source lists I provide (CSV exports, Google Sheets links, and a few legacy XLS files). Skim for duplicates, standardise phone formats, and be sure emails are properly validated before you paste them in. The final workbook should have clearly labelled columns, consistent formatting, and no empty rows.

Deliverable:
• One Excel file (.xlsx) containing all contacts, fully deduplicated and validated, ready for immediate import.
