The grading and drainage plan for my upcoming site-work permit is already drafted and ready to submit; the building department will only release the permit once a licensed civil engineer has reviewed the sheets and added a professional seal. I need you to examine the drawings, flag any changes that must be made to meet current code, incorporate those minor edits (or point them out for my designer to adjust), then apply your stamp—digital or wet—to the final PDF set.

All plans are available in both AutoCAD and PDF, and I can supply any supporting calculations or soil reports you want to see. Turnaround within a week would keep me on schedule, but let me know if you need an extra couple of days.

Deliverables:
• Marked-up review (PDF) showing any required revisions
• Final stamped grading & drainage plan ready for permitting
• Brief comment letter summarizing compliance

If your civil license is current and recognized by U.S. permitting offices, and you are comfortable certifying grading and drainage work, I’m ready to send the files over today.
