I have a folder full of raw kitchen footage that needs to be shaped into two clear deliverables for every recipe I shoot:
• a step-by-step tutorial (roughly 3–5 minutes)
• a quick vertical reel of the same dish (30–45 seconds)
Both versions must share a warm, cinematic, food-focused look—rich colors, soft highlights, appetising close-ups, natural kitchen sounds lightly underscored by royalty-free music. Lower-thirds for ingredients and concise on-screen prompts are essential, but keep graphics subtle so the food stays centre stage.
Footage is recorded in 4K; please edit in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve and deliver the final files in MP4 (H.264), along with the project file and any LUTs you create. I’ll provide a simple shot list and voice-over where necessary.
Even if you’re a fresher, feel free to apply—enthusiasm and a sharp eye for mouth-watering visuals matter more than a long résumé. A short sample or link to any previous food or product edit (even a personal project) will help me gauge style, but it’s not mandatory.
Turnaround: first recipe within a week of receiving footage; once we have a look locked, we’ll move to a steady flow of two recipes per week.
If this sounds like your flavour, let’s get cooking!
