Chartered Accountant (CA or CS) DSC for SPICe form

Hi,
I am looking for a practicing Chartered Accountant to provide the professional certification for a new One Person Company (OPC) incorporation in Kerala.


90% of the groundwork is already complete:

* Approved Name: Ready and active.
* Director Profile: DIN and Class 3 DSC are ready and active (KYC is done as well).
* Data Entry: SPICe+ Part B web form is fully filled out on the MCA V3 portal.
* Documentation: Drafted MoA Main Objects (VFX/Media studio), custom AoA clauses, physical DIR-2, signed INC-3 (Nominee Consent), and registered office utility bills are compiled and ready for submission.

I just need you to review the filled data against the documents for compliance, input your Membership number into the certification section of the web form, and attach your professional DSC to the final downloaded SPICe+ forms.

Since I am handling the data entry and drafting entirely, please share your standalone quote for professional certification only. I dont require the full company registration package. Im looking for a CA/CS just the certification process for a small fee. Thanks.
