Certified Life-Care Planner Required

I am litigating a medical-malpractice matter and need a credentialed Life Care Planner to step in immediately. Your first task will be to co-develop the life-care plan with my consulting team; once the framework is finished, you will fully adopt the document, master every detail—medical treatment schedules, therapies, medication projections, and related costs—and be ready to defend it during a Zoom deposition.

You will work directly with our legal consultant who is drafting the current version, review the medical records he has compiled, and refine the plan so it meets both clinical standards and courtroom scrutiny. After adoption, you must be able to explain and justify every recommendation under oath. A separate fee will be arranged for your deposition time.

Please respond only if you hold an active Life Care Planning certification and have prior deposition experience in malpractice cases. I will share the draft plan, records, and scheduling details once we confirm your credentials and availability. You must provide an updated CV AND sign a NDA.
