Handwritten Notes Typed to Word

I have a batch of handwritten notes and forms that need to be transcribed accurately into a clean, well-formatted Microsoft Word document. Every word, line break, and basic layout element should match the originals so the final file is easy to read and ready for immediate use.

Scope
• Roughly 40–50 pages of legible handwriting (mainly text, a few simple tables).
• Standard page setup—A4 size, 12-pt Calibri, 1.15 line spacing unless the original layout dictates otherwise.
• Headings and sub-headings should be styled with Word’s built-in heading styles so the document gains an automatic table of contents.
• Minor spelling or punctuation slips in the source may be silently corrected; all technical terms must stay exactly as written.

Deliverable
A single .docx file reflecting the source content faithfully, delivered via the Freelancer chat or a share-link.

Acceptance criteria
1. Text accuracy ≥ 99 % when compared against the originals.
2. No stray line breaks, tabs, or spacing inconsistencies.
3. Word’s “Spelling & Grammar” check returns zero critical errors.
4. File opens without warnings in Microsoft 365 and Word 2019.
