AI Appointment Scheduler for Plumbers

I’m building a niche SaaS platform that helps plumbing businesses take and manage bookings without the back-and-forth phone tag. The very first milestone is an AI-driven appointment-scheduling module. It must let a homeowner pick an available time slot, instantly reserve it, and surface the job on the plumber’s dashboard.

To boost show-up rates I also need automated reminders. For now, a single configurable reminder that fires before the visit is enough—once the plumbing company can see measurable value we may extend it to calendar integration or online payments, but those are not in scope for this phase.

What I’d like delivered
• A multi-tenant web app (SaaS) built with a modern framework—Node/Express, Django, or Laravel are all fine as long as the code is clean and well-documented.
• Simple onboarding: create company → set service hours → share booking link.
• AI logic that suggests optimal time slots based on travel distance and buffer times the plumber sets.
• Dashboard showing upcoming jobs, customer info, and reminder status.
• Automated reminder system with an admin toggle to set timing in minutes/hours before the appointment and basic analytics on sent/opened rates.

Acceptance criteria
1. New customer can book from the public page in under a minute.
2. Overlapping bookings are prevented 100 %.
3. Reminder fires at the configured offset and is logged.
4. Tenant isolation verified with separate logins.
