Carrd.io (Carrd Pro) landing page

Hello, can you build a landing page for my company.
I already have the domain, business email, business phone number, finalized website copy, graphics, and overall design direction. I am primarily looking for someone to implement the site professionally in Carrd, make it fully responsive, configure the form/SEO/domain, and prepare it for launch. Including connecting my existing domain to Carrd, configuring the site for HTTPS/SSL, testing the site, and assisting with the final launch? The page has up to 10-13 sections but may be reduced and 1 quote form.
This is primarily an implementation project, not a request to create the branding or website concept from scratch. I want the supplied design direction and graphics translated into a polished, responsive Carrd website. I can send the complete project package.
Can you give me a turnaround time and price.
Are revisions and/or minor corrections included in the price.
Can you Please provide me with 3-5 examples of Carrd websites you have built, preferably live sites.
I’m asking for you to quote me a price and how long it will take you for this project.
