Call Japanese Farmers & Suppliers

I am building long-term partnerships with farmers and food suppliers across Japan and need someone on the ground who can speak with them by phone, collect key business details, and relay the findings back to me in English.

Your conversations should uncover three essentials for each contact:
• Production capabilities (volume, seasonality, certifications)
Request picture if possible
• Current pricing structures and flexibility
• Basic supply-chain logistics, including lead times and preferred shipping methods

After each call, I’ll need a concise summary sheet plus any relevant audio notes or follow-up questions the supplier may have. Fluency in Japanese is mandatory; clear written English for the reports is equally important. If preliminary rapport suggests a strong fit, you may schedule a short second call so I can join via speakerphone.
