A brand-new post-processor is required for Cabinet Vision (version 12 or later) that will output clean, reliable G-code for a single-bit CNC fitted with a RichAuto A11 controller and a manual bit changer. The end goal is tighter cutting tolerances and plug-and-play compatibility with the machines and workflows already on my shop floor.

Key points about the environment
• Cabinet Vision v12+ on Windows
• CNC uses a single tool; all tool changes are manual
• Controller: RichAuto A11 (RuiChuo A11)
• Metric units preferred, but the script must let me switch to imperial if needed

Deliverables
• A fresh post-processing script written from scratch, not a modification
• Configurable header/footer sections for spindle speed, feed rate, safe-Z, and homing lines specific to the A11
• Output naming convention that mirrors job number and part label from Cabinet Vision
• Documentation covering variable mapping, editable parameters, and the exact steps to install the post inside Cabinet Vision
• A short sample run: one nested-based cabinet job posted through the script with comments enabled so I can verify syntax before live cutting

Acceptance criteria
1. The script runs inside Cabinet Vision without errors or warnings.
2. Toolpath positions and depths match Cabinet Vision simulation within ±0.1 mm.
3. Generated code loads on the RichAuto A11, homes correctly, and completes a dry run start-to-finish.
4. No manual editing of the G-code is needed for standard cabinet parts.

If extra machine prompts, macros, or safety moves are customary for the A11, build them in so production operators can load and run with confidence. Once the post-processor is stable, I plan to iterate only for future machine additions, so clean, well-commented code is important.
