Build Windows Lead-Gen Desktop Tool

I need a developer to build a simple, low-cost referral lead-generation web application.

When I upload or enter my referral link, the software should open the destination website or bot, analyze what it does, and identify the type of people who would genuinely be interested in it.

After analyzing the referral link, the software should ask me:

“How many potential people do you want to find?”
