# Project Requirement: Infomac Cloud – Multi-Tenant Managed WiFi & Captive Portal SaaS Platform
**Company:** Infomac IT Solutions
## 1. Project Overview
We are looking to develop our own enterprise-grade, cloud-based Managed WiFi and Captive Portal Management Software under the brand name **Infomac Cloud**.
Our business model is to provide Managed WiFi services to hotels on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly rental subscription basis.
Initially, we plan to onboard 10 hotels. However, the platform must be designed to scale to 100, 500, 1,000 or more hotels without requiring redevelopment.
This is not a single-hotel captive portal project. We require a complete Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform where multiple hotels can operate independently through one centralized cloud infrastructure.
## 2. Multi-Tenant Architecture
The platform must support:
- Centralized Cloud-Based Software.
- One Master Admin Dashboard for Infomac.
- Separate tenant/account for every hotel.
- Independent dashboard for each hotel.
- Separate guest data, configurations and reports.
- Individual hotel branding and captive portal.
- Hotel-wise user limits and bandwidth policies.
- Centralized monitoring of all connected hotels.
- Ability to add new hotels without installing a new software instance.
Strict tenant-level data isolation and security are mandatory.
## 3. Captive Portal & Guest Authentication
The captive portal is the primary module.
Required authentication methods:
- OTP-Based Login.
- Coupon-Based Login.
- Username and Password Login.
- PMS-Based Guest Login.
- Room Number and Guest ID Authentication.
- MAC Address Authentication.
- Guest Registration and Session Management.
- Customizable Hotel Branding and Login Pages.
## 4. RADIUS & AAA Management
- Centralized RADIUS Authentication.
- AAA (Authentication, Authorization and Accounting).
- RADIUS Accounting and Session Tracking.
- User Authentication Policies.
- Session Timeout.
- Idle Timeout.
- Bandwidth Policies.
- Concurrent User Restrictions.
- MAC Authentication and Blocking.
## 5. PMS Integration
The software must support integration with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
Requirements:
- Guest Room Number Authentication.
- Guest Name / Reservation ID Verification.
- PMS-Based WiFi Access.
- Automatic Login Authorization.
- Guest Checkout Session Termination.
- Integration through APIs or supported PMS interfaces.
The architecture must allow integration with multiple PMS vendors.
## 6. MikroTik Integration
The platform must support MikroTik routers and gateways.
- MikroTik API Integration.
- RADIUS Integration.
- Hotspot Management.
- User Profile Management.
- Bandwidth Control.
- Session Monitoring.
- MAC ID Blocking.
- Website Blocking where supported.
- Access Control and Bypass.
- Multiple Router Management.
- Remote Configuration and Monitoring.
The architecture should also allow future integration with other network equipment and gateway vendors.
## 7. Network Management
- Access Point Monitoring.
- Gateway Monitoring.
- Online / Offline Device Status.
- Bandwidth Monitoring.
- Concurrent User Monitoring.
- Data Usage Reports.
- Network Health Monitoring.
- Load Balancing Integration.
- Failover Management.
- Alerts and Notifications.
## 8. Centralized Infomac Admin Dashboard
Infomac must have complete control over the platform.
The Master Dashboard should include:
- Total Registered Hotels.
- Active / Inactive Hotels.
- Total Connected Users.
- Hotel-Wise Concurrent Users.
- Bandwidth Utilization.
- Gateway and Network Status.
- Subscription Management.
- Hotel Account Activation / Suspension.
- Usage Analytics.
- Revenue and Subscription Reports.
- Centralized Logs and Alerts.
## 9. Hotel Customer Dashboard
Every hotel must receive a separate secure login to manage its own WiFi services, guests, authentication policies, reports and network devices.
## 10. Rental & Subscription Management
Our commercial model is SaaS-based rental.
The software must support:
- Monthly Subscription.
- Quarterly Subscription.
- Annual Subscription.
- Hotel-Wise Concurrent User Plans.
- Subscription Expiry Alerts.
- Automatic Renewal Notifications.
- Payment Status Tracking.
- Customer Account Activation / Suspension.
- Plan Upgrade / Downgrade.
## 11. Cloud Infrastructure & Scalability
The entire platform must be cloud-hosted with a scalable architecture.
Requirements:
- Multi-Tenant SaaS Architecture.
- Secure API-Based Communication.
- Database Isolation.
- Role-Based Access Control.
- Encrypted Communication.
- Automated Backup.
- Disaster Recovery.
- High Availability.
- Load Balancing.
- Cloud Monitoring.
- API Documentation.
The architecture must be capable of supporting 1,000+ hotels in the future, subject to appropriate infrastructure sizing and performance testing.
## 12. Ownership & Deliverables
Infomac IT Solutions requires:
- Complete Source Code.
- Full Software Ownership and IP Rights.
- Database Schema.
- Deployment Documentation.
- API Documentation.
- Cloud Deployment.
- Admin and Customer Dashboards.
- Testing and Security Audit.
- Technical Documentation.
- Post-Deployment Support.
## 13. Important Development Requirement
We are not looking for a basic captive portal or a single-hotel WiFi login system.
We want to build our own commercial-grade, cloud-based Managed WiFi SaaS Platform, inspired by enterprise hospitality WiFi solutions such as Nomadix, Antlabs and 24Online.
The software must be developed as a scalable multi-hotel platform, with Infomac acting as the central service provider and hotels operating as independent customers.
Please share your proposed architecture, development methodology, timeline, milestone-wise cost and relevant experience in RADIUS, MikroTik, Captive Portal, PMS Integration and Cloud-Based SaaS development.
