PROJECT: Unique Finance - Complete Website + Custom CRM (Full Control)

Hello Sir,
I am Zafeer from Unique Finance (uniquefinance.online). I am based in Dubai but business in India. I want my OWN Website + CRM. No monthly rental system like VistarKriya.

REQUIREMENT:

1. WEBSITE (Frontend):
- Home, About, Services (Personal Loan, Business Loan), Contact, Apply Now
- Loan Application Form with Document Upload (Aadhaar, PAN, Photo)
- PayU Payment Integration - My Link: https://u.payu.in/PAYUMN/FrBLitSFbTH4 (Must show payment status in CRM)
- Loan Status Tracker for Customer (Enter Mobile No. -> See Status)
- Mobile Responsive + Fast

2. CRM / ADMIN PANEL (Most Important - Full Control Needed):
- Super Admin Login (Me) + Staff Login with Roles
- Dashboard: Total Leads, Today Leads, Pending, Approved, Rejected, Total Collection
- Customer Tracking: All customer data, documents, loan amount, status change (New > Pending > Approved > Rejected)
- Payment Tracking: Auto-fetch PayU payments with transaction ID, amount, date
- Follow-up System: Add Notes, Next Follow-up Date, Auto WhatsApp Reminder
- Reports & Export: Excel Export for all data
- Full Data Backup Option

3. OWNERSHIP & HOSTING:
- Code must be on MY GitHub daily
- Hosting on MY Hostinger Account (I will give access)
- Full Source Code + Database will be handed over after completion
- No encrypted code

TECHNOLOGY: PHP Laravel + MySQL (Preferred) OR MERN Stack

BUDGET: INR 60,000 - 90,000 Fixed Price
TIMELINE: 30 Days Max

PAYMENT TERMS (Non-Negotiable):
1. 20% Advance after Agreement
2. 30% After Website Demo
3. 30% After CRM Demo on MY Server
4. 20% After Live + 15 Days Support

You Must Provide: GST Bill + Agreement on Letterhead + 6 Months Free Bug Support
