I run Indulge Studio, a New Friends Colony–based practice that marries interior design, turnkey execution and our own line of bespoke furniture for premium homes and workplaces. I’m opening the door to experienced business-development professionals who can introduce genuine projects—both residential and commercial—across Delhi NCR as well as Moradabad, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Chandigarh and Kanpur.

Here is how the partnership works. You leverage your network, identify prospects that fit our quality bracket, and secure the first conversation. We handle design pitches, estimates, production and site delivery; you earn a mutually agreed percentage on every contract we sign from your lead. Commissions are released milestone-wise as the client’s payments hit our account, so your earnings are tied to real cash flow rather than vague promises.

To keep things clear, I’ll need:
• A short brief on each lead (location, scope, budget comfort) before we step in.
• Your presence on the initial call or meeting so attribution is unquestionable.
• Ongoing updates if the client communicates directly with you.

Projects may involve any combination of interior design, complete turnkey build-out or custom furniture supply, so feel free to pitch whichever service mix best suits the prospect.
