Freelancer Portfolio Website Development

I need a clean, responsive website built specifically for freelancers who want to present their services to potential clients. The core feature is an intuitive profile area where each user can sign up, add a photo, list skills, link work samples, and update details whenever they wish. No job-search boards or client dashboards are required right now—this release is all about giving talent an attractive online showcase that loads quickly on desktop and mobile.

What I expect:

• Secure sign-up / login (email, Google or LinkedIn)
• Profile builder with skill tags, short bio, portfolio gallery, résumé upload and social links
• Public profile pages with SEO-friendly URLs so freelancers can share them directly
• Simple admin panel that lets me manage users and moderate content
• Modern front-end (React, Vue or similar) and a stable back-end (Node.js, Laravel, Django—open to your recommendation)
• Clean, well-commented code pushed to GitHub along with basic deployment instructions for a VPS or AWS setup

Acceptance criteria: a freelancer should be able to register, complete a profile, view it live at /username, and log back in to edit without errors.
