I need an experienced C++ networking engineer to research the multiplayer networking behavior of Call of Duty: Black Ops II (BO2) on PC and compare it with the PlayStation 4 environment.

The objective is to document how multiplayer sessions are established, maintained, and synchronized, and to evaluate whether a PC-based test client can interoperate with the PS4 networking environment using authorized accounts, hardware, and legitimate authentication methods.

The work may include:

* Multiplayer session and lobby analysis
* Client/server communication testing
* NAT traversal and P2P connectivity research
* Network traffic logging and diagnostics
* Comparing PC and PS4 session behavior
* Building a PC-side proof-of-concept networking client where technically and legally possible
* Providing source code, logs, and technical documentation

All testing must use authorized accounts and environments. No credential theft, authentication bypass, unauthorized access, cheating tools, or exploitation of third-party services.

Experience with C++, multiplayer networking, sockets, P2P systems, Windows networking, and Call of Duty networking is preferred.

Before bidding, please explain your experience with multiplayer game networking and client/server interoperability.
