Gather Chinese Business Cards ADIPEC

I will not be able to attend ADIPEC 2026 in Abu Dhabi and need a reliable on-site assistant to visit the Chinese exhibitors on my behalf. I already have a pre-qualified list of 270+ Chinese companies; your sole task is to secure one (or more) of their business cards. No brochures or additional materials are required.

Your role
• Pick up your badge, work the halls efficiently, and approach each company on my list in a professional, .
• Collect the physical business card of a contact who can actually make commercial decisions—ideally someone in sales, business development, or management.
• Keep the cards organised (rubber-banded or in clearly labelled envelopes) and ship or hand-deliver the full stack to my China address within one week after the show.

I will arrange your exhibition pass. You will need to visit the booth of every Chinese company on the list I provide and collect business cards. If you collect cards from Chinese companies or individuals not on the list, I will pay you extra. Please try to collect cards from different representatives at each company whenever possible; your payment will be based on the number of cards collected, at a rate of $0.60 per card.

Fluency in English is essential, as is a confident, courteous approach at crowded trade-show booths. You will handle your own travel and lodging; I will reimburse the exhibition pass once we confirm the assignment.
