Bluetooth RFID-Android Integration Without SDK

I have an RFID reader that must talk directly to an Android device over Bluetooth, but the manufacturer never released an SDK. I need someone who can reverse-engineer or otherwise interpret the reader’s raw Bluetooth packets, pull out the numeric data stored on each tag, and feed that information into a brand-new Android app built specifically for this purpose.

Here’s how I picture the workflow:

• The app scans for and pairs with the reader via standard Bluetooth settings.
• Once connected, it listens for the reader’s data stream, decodes each frame, and extracts only the numeric payload from every tag scan.
• The app then displays the tag number on screen in real-time (simple list view is fine for now) and stores it locally for later export.

I can provide sample tags and live access to the device for testing. The job ends when I can consistently power up the reader, open the app, see each tag’s numeric code appear instantly, and export the session log as a text or CSV file.
