My 60 ft-wide, tree-lined property runs 250 ft deep and already hosts three Airbnb units. Now I’m ready to elevate the guest experience by adding a thoughtfully planned outdoor oasis focused on recreation and relaxation. The core features I want incorporated are a traditional-style gazebo, an in-ground or semi-in-ground jacuzzi, a built-in BBQ station, and a firewood bowl area. Every element should feel private and secluded while still looking beautiful from every angle; the existing rows of trees, shrubs, and bushes along the lot lines can be used as natural screens or backdrops.

I’m looking for a complete, permit-ready blueprint that shows precise placement, circulation paths, utilities, and material specs so a contractor can build straight from the plans. The drawing set should respect the 60 ft width, maintain clear access for each Airbnb unit, and balance open lawn with cozy nooks.
