3BHK-to-2BHK Layout Redesign

My current flat is a compact 3 BHK and I’d like to re-imagine it as a 2 BHK with a much larger, open-plan living room. The kitchen should remain exactly where it is—no relocation or expansion—so the focus is on merging one of the existing bedrooms into the common area and optimizing circulation.

I want the new living space to feel distinctly modern: clean sight-lines, streamlined storage, and integrated task lighting that lets me zone the room for work, dining, and relaxation without cluttering the ceiling with too many fixtures. Accent or ambient layers can be suggested, but the primary illumination should be practical and focused.

Key deliverables
• Revised floor plan showing wall removals/additions and clear furniture layout
• Reflected ceiling plan highlighting task-lighting placement and specifications
• Two or three perspective visuals (2D color renders or 3D views) to convey the modern look and material palette
• Basic MEP notes only if wall shifts affect existing services, so contractors can price the job accurately

Please base all drawings on standard architectural scales and PDF output; editable CAD files are a welcome bonus.
