Blockchain/Web3 Developer Needed

### Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Blockchain / Web3 Developer** to join our project on a freelance/contract basis.

The ideal developer will have strong hands-on experience building and integrating blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, wallets, tokens, and Web3 infrastructure. You should be comfortable working independently, reviewing an existing codebase, identifying technical issues, and delivering production-ready solutions.

### Responsibilities

* Develop, integrate, and maintain **Web3 and blockchain applications**
* Design and implement **smart contracts** and blockchain integrations
* Work with blockchain nodes, wallets, tokens, and on-chain transactions
* Build and maintain backend services that interact with blockchain networks
* Integrate smart contracts with frontend and backend applications
* Review existing blockchain code and identify bugs, security risks, and performance issues
* Improve scalability, reliability, and security of blockchain infrastructure
* Write automated tests for smart contracts and blockchain-related functionality
* Debug production issues and provide technical solutions
* Work with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and third-party Web3 services
* Collaborate remotely with product and engineering teams
* Document technical decisions, implementations, and deployment processes

### Required Skills

* 3+ years of professional software development experience
* Hands-on experience with **Blockchain / Web3 development**
* Strong knowledge of at least one major blockchain ecosystem such as **Ethereum/EVM, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, or similar**
* Experience with **Solidity, Rust, or another blockchain programming language**
* Experience with Web3 libraries and blockchain APIs
* Strong backend development experience with **Node.js, TypeScript, Go, Python, or similar**
* Understanding of wallets, transactions, tokens, smart contracts, RPCs, and blockchain data
* Experience integrating blockchain functionality into web applications
* Git and modern development workflows
* Ability to independently troubleshoot and solve technical problems

### Nice to Have

* Experience with **DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, marketplaces, or token-based applications**
* Experience developing or integrating **NFT standards**
* Experience with blockchain indexing and on-chain data
* Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure
* Smart contract security and auditing experience
* Experience with Docker and CI/CD
* Experience with React, Next.js, or other modern frontend frameworks
* Experience working with production Web3 applications

### What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is **hands-on and capable of working independently**. This is not simply an integration role—we need a developer who understands how blockchain systems work at the technical level and can take ownership of development tasks from investigation through deployment.

You should be comfortable joining an existing project, understanding the architecture and codebase quickly, communicating technical findings clearly, and proposing practical solutions.

### Project Scope

The initial engagement may include:

1. Reviewing the existing Web3/blockchain architecture
2. Reviewing the current codebase
3. Identifying bugs, technical risks, and improvement opportunities
4. Implementing required blockchain functionality
5. Integrating smart contracts with backend/frontend systems
6. Testing and security review
7. Deployment and production support

The scope can expand into a longer-term development engagement based on project requirements and performance.
