Biometric-Integrated Attendance Management System

Project: Customized Attendance Management System with Biometric Integration

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to customize or develop an attendance management system with biometric/device integration, leave management, attendance correction workflows, payroll support, and automated reporting.

Key Requirements:

* Biometric/face/RFID-based attendance with IN/OUT tracking and prevention of proxy punching.
* Automated late coming, grace period, early leaving, missing punch, and unauthorized absence detection.
* Role-based access for Employees, Supervisors, and Super Boss.
* Mandatory approval workflow: Employees submit correction requests, Supervisors review and recommend, and only the Super Boss can finally approve or reject. Attendance and payroll must remain unchanged until final approval.
* Complete, tamper-resistant audit trail preserving original records, requested changes, approvals, rejections, timestamps, and remarks.
* Monthly attendance finalization and locking, with special approval for post-finalization corrections.
* Leave management, payroll-ready attendance reports, and Excel/PDF exports.

*Vual Customization: Implement a clear colour-coded dashboard to highlight attendance corrections, modifications, latecomers, repeated late arrivals, grace period users, early departures, missing punches, unauthorized absences, and pending/approved/rejected requests. Colours and thresholds should be configurable by management, with clear status indicators and employee-wise summaries.
