Bilingual WordPress Skeleton Build

I want a clean WordPress installation that already handles two languages out of the box and gives me a solid foundation to extend later. You will set up the CMS on my hosting, configure a reputable multilingual plugin (WPML, Polylang, or similar) and leave dummy content blocks in both languages so I can swap the text myself.

On top of that, I need the essentials of on-page SEO in place—permalink structure, meta-tag control, XML sitemap, and an SEO plugin such as Yoast or RankMath already tuned with best-practice defaults. Speed plugins and security hardening are welcome but please keep everything lightweight; this site is meant to grow, not to feel bloated.

Interactive elements should be ready to activate. At minimum I expect a working contact form module and placeholders for extra widgets like live chat or polls, disabled by default until I add my own API keys. Give me clear instructions inside the admin area or a short PDF so I know where to switch them on.

Deliverables
• WordPress installed and secured on my server
• Multilingual framework active with example pages in both languages
• Home, About, and Services pages pre-built with placeholder text and Gutenberg blocks
• Basic SEO plugin configured and XML sitemap generated
• Contact form tested and functioning
• Written hand-off notes (1-2 pages) explaining how to change text, duplicate pages in the second language, and enable any interactive widgets

The site must be responsive, pass Google’s Mobile-Friendly test, and load in under three seconds on a standard connection. Once the skeleton is running smoothly, I’ll take over content and design tweaks myself.
