Wayszo is an Ireland-based platform providing reliable, pre-booked airport taxi services.
We are seeking a results-driven freelancer to recruit and activate affiliate partners.
## Target Partners
* Travel agents serving customers travelling to Ireland
* Hotels, guesthouses and serviced apartments
* Relocation and immigration consultants
* Corporate and student accommodation providers
* Relevant travel creators and community representatives
## Responsibilities
* Research suitable affiliate partners in agreed target markets.
* Contact prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn or WhatsApp.
* Present the Wayszo affiliate proposition professionally.
* Share only Wayszo-approved referral links and promotional materials.
* Assist interested partners with registration and onboarding.
* Follow up until partners begin generating genuine bookings.
* Record every prospect and activity in the shared tracker or CRM.
* Submit a concise weekly outreach and conversion report.
* Target at least 50 qualified prospects and 30 genuine outreach attempts weekly.
* Avoid bulk spam, misleading claims and unauthorised commitments.
## Performance-Based Earnings
* ₹100 when an eligible new partner completes registration and verification.
* An additional ₹400 when that partner generates two qualifying completed bookings within 90 days.
* A ₹500 performance bonus when the partner reaches ten qualifying completed bookings within 180 days.
* Maximum initial earning: ₹1,000 per productive partner.
* There is no fixed salary, monthly fee or retainer.
## Qualifying Booking Criteria
* The booking must use the partner’s assigned referral link, QR code or affiliate code.
* The journey must be genuine, completed and paid.
* Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, fraudulent or test bookings will not qualify.
* Two separate customers should normally generate the first two bookings.
* A genuine outward and return journey may count as two bookings when both are completed.
* Each acquisition and bonus is payable only once per partner.
## Partner Attribution
* Prospects must be entered into the tracker before detailed outreach.
* Existing Wayszo partners or previously assigned prospects will not qualify.
* An approved prospect remains allocated to the freelancer for 90 days, subject to active recorded follow-up.
* Where duplicate claims occur, the first verified and approved introduction will receive attribution.
* Qualifying payments will be reviewed monthly and paid after validation.
## Preferred Candidate
* Experience in affiliate recruitment, B2B sales, travel or hospitality is preferred.
* Strong spoken and written English is essential.
* Candidates must be organised, professional and comfortable with performance-based earnings.
