Bilingual Virtual Assistant & Lead Generation Specialist for Residential Cleaning Business (USA)

We are Bubble House Service, a residential cleaning company based in Los Angeles County, California. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, bilingual (English/Spanish) freelancer to help us grow our business.

Our main priority is acquiring new recurring residential cleaning clients (weekly and biweekly).

Responsibilities:

* Generate qualified leads and acquire new residential cleaning clients.
* Prospect homeowners in areas such as Santa Clarita, Porter Ranch, Granada Hills, Northridge, and surrounding communities.
* Manage social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook).
* Assist with Google Business Profile and online advertising.
* Respond to potential customers, follow up on inquiries, and help schedule estimates.
* Develop strategies to increase recurring bookings.

Requirements:

* Fluent English and Spanish.
* Proven experience in lead generation and sales.
* Previous experience working with residential cleaning companies in the USA is strongly preferred.
* Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Budget: $300–$500 USD per month, with potential performance-based commissions for new recurring clients.
