Bilingual English-Spanish Virtual Assistant – Latin America

I’m looking for a reliable bilingual personal assistant based in Latin America to support me with ongoing business and administrative tasks.

Candidates must be comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish. Applicants from Colombia and Mexico are preferred because of timezone compatibility and regional familiarity.

Responsibilities may include:

Communicating with clients, partners, or service providers in English and Spanish
Managing messages, emails, and follow-ups
Scheduling meetings and organizing appointments

Requirements:

Fluent or highly proficient in both English and Spanish
Based in Latin America
Colombia or Mexico preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable and responsive
Comfortable working independently
Good internet connection and regular online availability
