Beginner-Level YouTube Growth & Monetization Help – Travel Channel (Organic Only)

I’m looking for a beginner-level / entry-level YouTube growth specialist or experienced YouTube creator to help me grow and monetize a travel-focused YouTube channel.

This is NOT a senior marketing consultant, agency, or high-budget YouTube management project. I am specifically looking for someone who has practical, hands-on experience running their own YouTube channel and can provide straightforward guidance at a reasonable beginner-level rate.

The channel features travel destinations, sightseeing, attractions, tourism experiences, city videos, theme parks, 4K footage, drone footage and travel experiences.

I am looking for someone with real YouTube experience, not someone simply claiming to be a YouTube expert.

To be considered, you must:

Have your own YouTube channel that you personally created and managed.
Your channel must have verifiable evidence of reaching at least 1,000 subscribers AND 4,000 public watch hours at some point.
Provide the channel link in your proposal so I can verify it.
Be able to explain what you personally did to grow the channel.
Have practical experience with YouTube Studio, Analytics, thumbnails, titles, retention and monetization.

No placeholder bids or generic proposals, please.

If your proposal simply says “I can help grow your YouTube channel” without providing your own channel and relevant experience, I will not consider the bid.

I am specifically using the requirement for a verifiable personal YouTube channel to reduce the risk of scams and freelancers representing themselves as YouTube experts without actually having built a channel.

Beginner-Level Project

This is intended for a beginner/intermediate freelancer or content creator, not an expensive agency or someone who has completed hundreds of YouTube marketing projects.

I am looking for someone who can provide practical advice and hands-on guidance at a reasonable rate.

If you normally charge premium agency/senior-consultant rates, this project is probably not a good fit.
