Barn Construction Drawings Needed

I need detailed construction drawings for a 24x30 foot wood post/beam or pole barn with 16' sidewalls. The barn will be used as an insulated workshop and will be built on clay soil. Second floor for storage of household items only.
Drawings will be for onsite construction AND submittal for permits.

Requirements include:
- Foundation and rebar detailing
- Metal roofing integration over plywood sheathed roof.
- Built for structural load of roof solar panels
- wind/snow load for Wagoner, Oklahoma
- Second story with open web 16' floor trusses. 2/3 first floor footprint (east end open to below)
- Interior stairway for second story access.
- Site built Ridge beam for roof support, not trusses.
- Normal residence exterior doors and windows, no roll-ups or vehicle access.
- Single story deck for aid in roof access on south (30') and west (24') sides.
- Access to deck from second story door only (west side).
- Gable roof 4/12 pitch
- Exterior posts spaced 5' OC; 3 ply 2x6 site built glued/screwed.
- Roof ridge beam support posts spaced 10' OC.
- Posts on metal bases, wet set in concrete.
- Floor is to be poured concrete. 4" minimum
- Rough in for washroom/toilet in southeast corner first floor.
- Exterior sheathing to be metal siding over plywood with peal and stick membrane and drainage mat underlayment.
- Purlins/girts either 16" or 24" OC
- Electrical is off-grid with solar panels and battery storage on second floor.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Structural engineering
- Experience with wood barn designs
- Knowledge of clay soil foundations
