A stamped and sealed preliminary site plan/plat

I am securing a commercial building permit in Scotland County, North Carolina, and I need a licensed surveyor who can produce a stamped, sealed preliminary site plan (plat) that will satisfy county reviewers. The plan must show how a proposed 24' × 50' building will sit on the parcel, include finished‐floor and ground elevations, and clearly relate those elevations to the mapped floodplain limits on site.

Field work is required, so please confirm that you or someone on your team can visit the property to collect the necessary data before drafting, and your NC Surveyor License Number. Once complete, I will need the drawing delivered in BOTH PDF and DWG formats, signed and sealed—ready to forward to the county electronically.
