I have a large illustration that I want to turn into a ready-to-print Bambu Lab file. The goal is to keep the artwork as photo-realistic as possible while maintaining crisp, smooth lines.

Here is exactly what I need from you:

• Split the full illustration into 100 individual plates, each measuring 20 × 20 (keep the units consistent with standard Bambu build-plate sizing) and 3 – 5 mm thick.
• Prepare each plate so Bambu Studio estimates no more than 2 hours of print time when using default speed settings and 0.2 mm layer height.
• Deliver clean, print-ready .3mf (or compatible) files that I can load straight into Bambu Studio. File names should be numbered sequentially for easy tracking.
0.4mm nozzel, must have a 5mm outer brim
• Preserve every colour and gradient so the final assembly looks as close to the original illustration as possible once all 100 plates are combined.

You will receive the illustration file as soon as we start. Please ensure any edge smoothing or other optimisations you apply keep the image fidelity intact. If you normally work in Illustrator, Blender, or Fusion 360 before slicing in Bambu Studio, that’s perfect—use whichever workflow you’re fastest with, as long as the final files open flawlessly in Bambu Studio.

Let me know your expected turnaround time and any clarification you need, and I’ll get the source illustration over to you right away.
