Revamp User Experience - Digital Platform

## Senior Product Designer / UX Architect for Early-Stage Digital Product

I’m looking for a senior freelance **Product Designer / UX Designer / UX Architect** to help shape the product architecture and final interface of an early-stage digital platform.

This is **not just a UI design project**, but UI design is an important part of the scope.

The main challenge is to first think deeply about the product itself, define the most intuitive structure and interaction model, and then turn that work into a polished, modern UI.

### What I need help with

The work will include:

- defining the product’s core mental model
- information architecture
- navigation structure
- core objects/entities and their relationships
- primary user journeys
- interaction patterns
- onboarding and entry points
- discovery/search/matching flows
- progressive disclosure
- empty, ambiguous and failure states
- simplifying a complex product into an intuitive user experience
- wireframes and interaction flows
- high-fidelity UI design
- reusable UI components and visual consistency
- clickable prototype in Figma
- developer-ready design handoff

I already have a strong product concept, but I do **not** want someone who simply executes my existing ideas.

I’m specifically looking for someone who can:

- challenge assumptions
- identify structural UX problems
- propose fundamentally different approaches
- explain the reasoning behind decisions
- reduce cognitive load
- turn a complex product into a simple and understandable system
- translate the final UX architecture into a strong and distinctive visual interface

You should have strong experience in areas such as:

- Design Systems
- complex digital products
- marketplaces
- social/discovery products
- AI-driven products
- multi-sided platforms

Experience with early-stage startups is a strong advantage.

### Important

I’m not looking for someone who focuses only on visual design.

At the same time, the final deliverable should not stop at UX diagrams or wireframes. I also need the selected product direction to be developed into a **high-quality, production-ready UI design**.

Please include case studies that demonstrate both:

- strong product/UX thinking
- strong visual/UI design execution

I’m particularly interested in seeing:

- the original product problem
- your reasoning process
- alternative solutions you considered
- changes you made to the product structure
- information architecture
- user flows
- wireframes
- final UI
- why the final solution was chosen

The project will likely happen in phases:

**Product architecture → UX flows → wireframes → visual direction → high-fidelity UI → interactive prototype**
