B2B Outbound Lead Generation Telecaller

I need a skilled telecaller who can take ownership of outbound B2B calls and consistently turn conversations into qualified leads for my sales team. The calls will target decision-makers at companies that align with our ideal customer profile; your goal is to uncover interest, confirm fit, and schedule a follow-up with one of our closers.

You will receive a contact list, a brief on our value proposition, and a set of qualifying questions. Using that material—and your own persuasive phone skills—you’ll place calls during standard business hours, log the outcomes in a shared sheet or CRM, and hand over only those prospects that meet the agreed criteria.

Acceptance criteria for each batch:
• Minimum number of calls completed as assigned.
• At least 10% of conversations resulting in fully qualified leads (industry, company size, pain point confirmed).
• Accurate notes and next-step details recorded for every interaction.
