Azerbaijani Audio Transcription Project

I have a continuous stream of Azerbaijani-language recordings that need to be turned into accurate, well-formatted text. All work is remote and I pay by the recorded audio hour, so your speed and consistency will be rewarded without capping your earnings.

Here is what the task involves:

• Listening to assigned audio files (topics vary from interviews to podcasts and short lectures).
• Producing a clear, time-aligned transcript in UTF-8 Word or text format.
• Following my style guide on whether a file should be verbatim or a light clean-read; I’ll flag this at the start of each batch.
• Flagging any sections with heavy background noise or unintelligible speech for quick review.

Accuracy is paramount, so native-level Azerbaijani and solid command of written punctuation conventions are essential. Familiarity with transcription tools such as Express Scribe or oTranscribe is a plus, but you may use any software you prefer as long as the final document meets the guidelines.
