I have a collection of X-ray images saved in PNG format and need a dependable way to extract clinically meaningful information from them. Because the project is still at an exploratory stage, I’m open to whichever analytical route—fracture detection, cancer screening, bone-density estimation, or a combination—you feel confident can be delivered with verifiable accuracy.
What I need from you
• A brief, evidence-based proposal outlining the analytical method and the metrics you will use to prove its reliability.
• A working pipeline (Python preferred; OpenCV, TensorFlow or PyTorch are all fine) that takes a folder of PNG X-rays as input and outputs clear, well-labeled findings—either visual overlays, structured data, or both.
• An annotated report summarizing results and any notable clinical observations.
• Simple setup instructions so I can reproduce the run on a fresh machine.
Acceptance criteria
1. Code executes on a standard GPU-enabled machine without manual tweaks.
2. Model performance metrics are documented and reach the thresholds you propose.
3. Generated outputs match the corresponding input images and include human-readable labels or heatmaps.
4. All deliverables are handed over via Git repository or a neatly packaged archive.
If you need sample images to scope the work, let me know and I’ll share a subset right away.
