Automated Weekly Report Process

Every Monday I pull raw data from our web-based business system and drop it into Excel. From there I still spend an hour massaging the numbers, copying them into a template, double-checking formulas and charts, then saving a “ready-to-send” report. I want that manual routine turned into a push-button process.

Here is what I need:

• A repeatable workflow that ingests the weekly export straight from the website or system (CSV/XLSX), refreshes formulas, and updates all report tabs, charts, and pivot tables automatically.
• The end product must leave me with a single file that is already formatted, named, and ready to email—no extra clicks.
• Your solution can be built with Excel VBA, Power Query, Google Sheets + Apps Script, or another approach you recommend, as long as it’s reliable and simple for a non-technical user to run.
• Clear hand-off materials: brief documentation and a short walkthrough so I understand how to add or change data sources in the future.

I’ll supply a sample export file, my current working report, and the small cleanup steps I follow each week. Once the new process reproduces that report accurately from fresh data, the job is done.
