My lender, Lendbuzz, has demanded immediate payment of the full balance on my auto loan after the car was towed about six weeks ago. They claim a clause restricts the vehicle from being kept more than 100 miles from the original address on the purchase contract. I have faithfully paid on the note for roughly two years and want to keep the car rather than lose it through repossession or forced payoff.

I have not yet reviewed the contract myself and need a qualified legal professional to:

• Examine the purchase and loan agreement, identifying any relocation or repossession clauses and explaining their legal weight in my state.
• Outline my practical options—negotiation, cure periods, reinstatement, possible defences, or regulatory complaints—so I understand the risks, costs, and timelines involved.
• Draft or guide me in preparing a clear response to Lendbuzz asserting my rights and proposing a workable resolution.

Please tell me what documentation you need up front, your estimated turnaround to review and summarise the contract, and whether you can also help compose correspondence to the lender. U.S. consumer finance experience is a must; familiarity with auto-finance regulations and repossession law is highly preferred.

I’m ready to start as soon as I know the next steps and your proposed approach.
