Authorized GPS Data Collection Partnership

Project Background
We are developing road trip travel planning solutions and require insights into the typical driving routes, positioning patterns and trajectory characteristics of commercial transport vehicles. The first phase will be a small-scale pilot test; should the results meet expectations, we will increase the budget and scale up the cooperation.

## Requirements
1. Provide testing access to GPS monitoring and trajectory data for no fewer than 100 commercial transport vehicles;
2. The account or data access shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days;
3. We will first conduct a 7-day usability verification;
4. The solution shall support real-time positioning checks, historical trajectory queries, and trajectory data export/download;
5. The data will be used exclusively for road trip route planning analysis, and will not be disclosed to third parties or used for any illegal purposes.

## Partner Qualifications
- Only test accounts with written authorization from fleet owners, logistics companies or GPS platform operators will be accepted;
- Partners shall clearly define the scope of data authorization and usage restrictions;
- Logistics companies, GPS service providers and transport enterprises with owned fleet resources are preferred.

## Delivery and Acceptance
- Phase 1: 7-day trial verification, to confirm normal account login, accessible positioning and trajectory data, and functional data export;
- Phase 2: 30-day formal cooperation upon successful verification;
- Acceptance criteria: no fewer than 100 vehicles covered, normal access to positioning and trajectory data, downloadable trajectory data, and complete authorization documentation.

## Budget and Timeline
The budget for the first-phase test is negotiable. The 30-day formal test will commence after the 7-day verification is passed. The budget may be increased for subsequent phases with satisfactory performance.

## Security and Compliance
Please provide authorization certificates or data usage license statements. We will not accept accounts or data from unverified sources or without proper authorization.
