Aspera FRP Lock Removal Needed

My Aspera handset is stuck behind Google’s Factory Reset Protection after I forgot the screen PIN and lost access to the registered Gmail account. I haven’t tried any technical work-arounds yet, so the phone is still exactly as it was when the FRP screen appeared. The warranty period has already expired, but I can supply a scanned proof of purchase to demonstrate legitimate ownership.
I want the lock lifted so the phone powers on normally and lets me register a fresh Google account. Whether you achieve that through ADB commands, SP Flash Tool, custom recovery, or another proven Android service method is up to you; I only need a safe solution that won’t hard-brick the device.
Acceptance criteria – once you say the job is complete I will:
• boot the phone without seeing the FRP prompt
• create a new PIN and Google account successfully
• confirm normal network, call, and data functionality
Please outline how you intend to carry out the process (remote session, step-by-step files, or mailed return service) and the estimated turnaround. I’m ready to provide any additional handset details as soon as we start.
