Ark Ascended Duplication Tool

I need an external, stand-alone tool that lets me duplicate resources and structures in Ark: Survival Ascended on PC. The solution must run outside the game (no in-game exploits or server-side mods/plugins) and work with the current live build.

Core expectations
• Select any resource stack or placed structure and create identical copies that persist after restart or transfer.
• Simple launch and usage steps; minimal setup.
• As update-resistant and undetectable as reasonably possible.
