Commercial Site & Parking Plan

I’m preparing a commercial project for local authority review and need a complete site plan that also resolves all parking requirements. The drawing must be accurate enough for permitting, showing property boundaries, building footprints, circulation lanes, accessible spaces, counts that satisfy code, and any setbacks, easements or right-of-way lines that affect layout.

Please base the work on the latest survey information (to be supplied as a PDF and DWG) and draft the plan in AutoCAD or compatible software so revisions remain straightforward. Final files should include:

• A dimensioned site plan in PDF ready for submission
• The native CAD file with all layers intact

Label every stall, drive aisle width and turning radius, and include a graphic scale and north arrow. If you spot any conflicts with local parking standards while drawing, flag them so we can adjust before delivery.
