Architectural Portfolio Creation

I have two completed projects—a basic residential building design with 3D models and an architectural-technical package for a wastewater treatment plant. I now need a single, polished portfolio document that showcases these works in a clear, compelling way.

What I’m after
• A professional portfolio document (PDF and source file) that walks readers through my design process and execution steps for each project.
• Concise narrative text paired with selected drawings, diagrams, and any existing renders to illustrate key decisions.
• Clean, modern layout ready for both digital sharing and print.

Key emphasis
The document must highlight “Quy trình thiết kế và các bước thực hiện”––the step-by-step methodology I followed, rather than just final visuals.

Your proposal
Please include a “Đề xuất dự án chi tiết” outlining:
• Your proposed structure and page count.
• Any design tools you’ll use (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
• Schedule for receiving my raw files, drafting, revisions, and final delivery.
• Examples of similar portfolio or brochure work, if available.

Deliverables
1. Editable source file.
2. High-resolution PDF ready for print and web.
3. Up to two revision rounds after the initial draft.

If you’re skilled in layout design and can tell a clear design-process story, I’d love to see your detailed proposal.
