Arabic Voice-Over and Cinematic Video Creation

I am looking for a native Arabic-speaking freelancer/team to create a cinematic ~5-minute video based on an existing script.

The project requires both professional Arabic voice-over and cinematic video editing.

Scope of Work
1. Arabic Voice-Over
Convert the complete written script into Modern Standard Arabic (MSA).
Voice-over must be delivered in formal, authoritative Arabic.
Voice should be:
Deep
Resonant
Serious
Professional
Documentary/investigative in tone
Native Arabic speaker required.
The pronunciation, grammar, pauses and emphasis should feel natural to a native Arabic audience.
AI voice is acceptable/preferred if it sounds highly natural and human-like.
Final voice-over should be clean, studio-quality and suitable for cinematic video.
2. Cinematic Video Production

Create an approximately 5-minute cinematic video using the provided script and voice-over.

The visual style should be:

Dark, cinematic and serious
Documentary / investigative style
Strong visual storytelling
Dynamic pacing
Professional transitions
Relevant stock footage, photographs, documents, locations and contextual visuals
Cinematic sound design
Background music that builds tension without overpowering the narration
Text/graphics/animations where appropriate
Professional colour grading
Creative Direction

Think of the visual language of a premium investigative documentary/news feature, rather than a conventional social-media video.

The video should create:

Curiosity → Tension → Investigation → Evidence → Conclusion

The editor should be comfortable working with:

Archival photographs
News/documentary footage
Maps and locations
Government/public documents
Headlines
Timelines
On-screen statistics
Cinematic typography
Subtle motion graphics
Sound effects and atmospheric audio
