St John Dashboard – Project Scope

Project Objective

Develop and complete the St John Fuel Management Dashboard to provide clear visibility of fuel levels, transactions, consumption, reconciliation, reporting, and automated reporting.

Milestone 1 – Design & Layout

* Complete the dashboard design and page layout.
* Ensure the dashboard is clean, professional, and easy to navigate.
* Include Current Fuel Levels, Tank Reconciliation, Consumption Overview, Transactions, and Reporting pages.
* Ensure the dashboard is responsive and suitable for desktop use.

Milestone 2 – API Integration & Data Setup

* Integrate the available fuel management APIs.
* Populate fuel levels and transaction data automatically.
* Integrate vehicle and odometer data where available from Fleet IO or other approved data sources.
* Ensure data is linked correctly between vehicles, transactions, tanks, and reports.
* Validate API data against the source system.

Milestone 3 – Reporting & Automation

* Develop the required fuel reconciliation and consumption reports.
* Include date filters such as Month-to-Date, Last Month, and custom date range.
* Configure automated report generation and email distribution.
* Reports should include relevant transaction summaries, fuel usage, tank reconciliation, and key exceptions.
* Allow reporting schedules to be configured where required.

Milestone 4 – User Roles, Testing & Handover

* Complete User Administration and role-based access.
* Test all dashboard pages, APIs, calculations, reports, and automation.
* Fix any identified issues before final handover.
* Provide the final source code, database/configuration details, environment settings, and deployment instructions.
* Complete final deployment and handover of the working dashboard.
